In the White Bear Pub in the West End one-day I met Leo.

After spending the afternoon with him I got to know something about him although I understand that many of these boys don't tell the truth I was particularly concerned that often they are short-term friends staying in the West End for only a few months.

Late in the afternoon whilst we were chatting and I was thinking of leaving Leo spoke to me.
"I have nowhere to live can I come and stay with you for a while?" he asked. I thought about this, wondering whether or not he was trustworthy, before deciding. Then I told him, "You can come and stay with me for a while until you get yourself sorted out."
