I went to Marionbeir in South Wales for a week to spend the Christmas in December 1997. I'd decided to go down to Marionbier to acquaint myself with the Eddie Carpenter Community. The origins of EEC can be found in a housing co-operative called Wild Lavender which was formed in 1980 by a group of gay men interested in living together in the country, with ideals of nurturing each other and living cooperatively.
