61 Neal Pen Road, Belize City. This has been the home of my aunt Hadie for many years and on my first visit to Belize I had to learn to cope with such primitive conditions. There is no running water and no toilet facilities in these dwellings. Jonathan, the man who rents a room downstairs is replacing some of the weatherboards.
